In the field of R&D for high performance tools, Schumacher can draw upon an internal standardized product data base containing more than 25,000 tool types. This technological basis supports the construction of tools – such as for our ‘rapid prototyping’ – and facilitates the CAD variant construction.

These new solid carbide taps are employed under various clamping conditions and both in CNC-Machines as well as in transfer streets with automatic chucking machines.
Hence, this solid carbide technology has successfully replaced previous high speed steel taps in these applications.
