Cutting tools

Cutting solutions for just about any drilling application, for usage ranging from steel to concrete, glass and wood.

Drills

 

Various straight shank and morse taper shank drills are available, in either HSS or solid carbide. The range of drills include:

  • jobber drills;

  • stub drills;

  • long series;

  • coolant feed solid carbide (jobber or stub);

  • UDL (jobber, stub or long series);

  • NC spotting drills;

  • centre drills (American standard, Form A/ B/ R);

  • MTS drills (heavy duty, chipbreaker, armour piercing, long series) and

  • Masonry (SDS plus- carbide tipped) drills.

 

They are sold individually, or in some cases, as pre packaged sets. Different diameters and lengths are available.

 

Reamers and Countersinks

 

Reamers: The following types of reamers are available, all in HSS:

  • parallel hand;

  • MTS parallel machine;

  • hand taper pin (spiral and straight flute) and

  • MTS taper bridge machine.

 

Countersinks: These types are available all in HSS, either 60 or 90 degrees:

  • Parallel shank and

  • MTS countersinks.
     

End Mills

 

Most of the following are available in either HSS or carbide, in various 2, 3 and 4 flute options. Some of the range includes:

 

  • roughing end mills;

  • ball nose (regular length or long series);

  • variCut end mills;

  • 2 flute slot drills (regular and long series);

  • multi-flute (regular and long series) and

  • roughing end mills (regular and long series).

Threading tools

 

All HSS types of taps are available in different sizes:

  • all metric, gun nose and spiral flutes;

  • metric fine taps and

  • BSW, BSF, UNC, UNF, BSP.

 

Also stocked are HSS circular solid dies. Available:

  • metric and metric fine;

  • BSW, BSF, UNC, UNF, BSP, NPT;

  • adjustable tap wrenches and

  • die stocks.
